FAQ/POLICY

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks for the shipping process to begin. All pre-ordered items will have a bold red note in the description stating the following: THIS IS A PRE-ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW 4 TO 6 WEEKS FOR YOUR ITEM TO SHIP.

Customers are allowed to cancel their pre-order if the sale is still active.

Once the sale is over, that means the order has been committed to the production run and is no longer eligible for refund / cancellation.

“IN STOCK” ORDERS
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding USA Federal holidays.

Once an order is placed, the order cannot be altered or canceled.

Merchandise availability is subject to change. In the event that an order is placed and the item is out of stock, we will automatically refund your original payment method and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

SHIPPING
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Mail. International orders are sent via Asendia. Please allow 2-3 business days to process and ship orders.

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a link to track packages via email. Items that are “in stock” will ship within 1 to 3 business days after an order is received.

We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. We do not offer signature confirmation and we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / CUSTOMS
Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on international orders. If you refuse a shipment from dpmoshop.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our shipping department.

INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS
If items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address, an additional fee will need to be paid, by the customer, to reship the package.

RETURNS
There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on pre-sale ordered items.

If the ordered items are “in stock” then returns are acceptable if the products are still in brand new condition and returned within ten business days of receiving the package. Shipping and handling fees of the original purchase are not eligible for refunds and the customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns. We do not offer exchanges. If you want the item you purchased in a different size or color, you will need to place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase once the item has been received and quality checked within 2-3 business days of receiving the return.
